As our company we are always trying to streamline our processes. To better serve you we have decided to move all our support departments into a new common tool to support inquiries and technical support questions.
Update: We have launched our new support tool on the 30th of March. New cases will have to be entered in the new tool from this day onwards. The tool is accessible from http://support.cmnd.pro.
For reference purposes the old tickets that you raised will still be accessible for a certain amount of time in the old system and all ongoing cases will be closed in the old system.
